CSO’s Online Auction is back for 2025! Every auction item offers a unique connection to the music you love, the people who bring it to life, and gets you a little closer to your orchestra.

The proceeds from this auction will support the beating heart of Ōtautahi’s creative institution – Christchurch Symphony Orchestra. Your bids ensure CSO can continue to make music for everyone – from free concerts at Christchurch City Libraries for preschoolers, interactive sessions at Christchurch City Mission, delightfully intimate Friday night concerts at The Piano, collaborations with music legends of Aotearoa, eight week programmes working with the men at Christchurch Mens Prison, performing Beethoven 9 in Douglas Lilburn Auditorium of Christchurch Town Hall, specialist training for virtuosic students, opportunities for community musicians to get together and play music with other like minded people… just to name a few of the programmes we deliver.
