Emmanuel Fonoti-Fuimaono is a twenty-four-year-old Samoan tenor from Flaxmere, Hastings. Emmanuel was a DMMF Studio Artist in 2022.

Emmanuel has been a part of “Project Prima Volta”, – a music programme that helps empower young people through the art of classical music. This programme prepared him to continue singing at University.

Emmanuel has found success throughout this year, performing for three opera companies, winning the Lockwood New Zealand Aria 2022, being a Lexus Finalist and being awarded the Dame Kiri Te Kanawa Scholarship for Potential.

Emmanuel wishes to study in the U.S for a Masters and hopes to be a role-model to influence youth of all cultures to tap into the beautiful art of Classical Music.
