AMI Insurance’s sponsorship of the orchestra is now in its 17th year and during this time has matured into a mutually beneficial partnership that goes well beyond a simple funding arrangement. After the extraordinary events of the past year, it is now even more important to bring the healing power of music and the performing arts to the people of Canterbury. Our support is designed to facilitate this.

AMI Insurance has a strong affinity with the communities in which it operates and a commitment to supporting those who support us. We recognise the importance of the arts within our community and the role they play in fostering creativity, innovation, participation and personal achievement. For this reason we are very pleased to contribute to the continuing success and development of our City’s orchestra.

We believe our support remains vital to the CSO, allowing them to bring a full season programme of music, dance and the performing arts to the people of Christchurch. We are proud to help support the CSO’s commitment to ensuring Christchurch remains a vibrant cultural city and community.
